The CECs of 15 healthy human serum samples with various HDL-C concentrations were measured using both the ILG and ILM methods. The CECs of the ILM method were measured at a final BDS concentration of 3.5%, and those of the ILG method were measured at a final BDS concentration of 2.0%. The correlation of CEC by ILM with HDL-C concentration (A) and with CEC by the ILG method (B) was examined. The Pearson’s test was used for comparison.
