Dabrafenib reduces cardiac fibrosis induced in mice in vivo by acute treatment with AngII
C57BL/6J male mice were treated with vehicle, 0.8 mg/kg/d AngII or 3 mg/kg/d dabrafenib (Dab) with AngII for 7 d. (A) mRNA expression of Nppa, Nppb and Myh7 in mouse hearts was assessed by qPCR.
