(A) Wound healing assay and (B) Transwell migration analysis were performed to examine the effects of C1QTNF6 on migration abilities of SPCA1 and A549 cells. (C) Transwell invasion assay was carried out to examine the role of C1QTNF6 in invasion ability of SPCA1 and A549 cells. (D) Western blotting assay was used to assess the effects of liquiritin on the expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9. The band intensity was quantified by ImageJ software.
