About 500 nM cognate DNA was incubated with increasing concentrations (5−40 μM) of: (A) FOXP2 LZ-END, (B) FOXP1 LZ-END, (C) FOXP2 LZ-FHD, (D) FOXP2 FHD, (E) FOXP2 FHD-END.
