V-BAP treatment down-regulated FASN and SCD-1 levels in SAOS2 and MG63 osteosarcoma cells
Cell lysates were prepared for SAOS2 (A) and MG63 (B) cells treated for 48 h with either control versus V-BAP High [1 mM BEZ, 10 μM MPA, 0.6 mM VPA]. Proteins were separated on gradient SDS-PAGE. After transfer, membranes were cut in half and the upper half probed for FASN. The lower half of the membrane was probed for SCD1 and β-actin as loading control Representative western blots are shown together with bar charts of means ± SEM of n>3 experiments.
