(A) Colon segments from mice were excised and homogenized, and the total protein was subjected to immunoblotting with antibodies against TLR4, p-p65 (1:1000 dilution) and β-actin (1:2000). One representative blot was shown. (B) All the expressions were normalized to β-actin. Quantification of the protein expression was performed by densitometric analysis of the blots. (C) mRNA expression of TLR4, MyD88, iNOS, COX-2 and TNF-α in colonic tissue were determined by qRT-PCR. All the expressions were normalized to β-actin.
