Mouse tumor models were established by endermic injection of H1299 cells transfected with empty vector (NC) or HSDL2 shRNA vector (KD). (A) Tumor volume of the two groups of mice was first measured on the 22nd day after inoculation, and then measured every other day for a total of five times.
