Raw264.7 cells were treated with SOG (25, 50 and 100 μM) or DMSO (vehicle) for 24 h in the presence of 500 ng/ml LPS. Values are indicated relative to cells processed by the vehicle, which are normalized to 100%. The values of three independent experiments were expressed as mean ± SEM.
